How reviews will appear here
Drain Cleaning Nashville Pros is a new company, and new companies don't have reviews. What they sometimes have is a reviews page that pretends otherwise — a borrowed star rating, a wall of first-names-and-initials praise nobody can trace, an aggregate number assembled from wherever made it look biggest. You can find every one of those patterns live in this market; our comparison page documents how review counts for the same Nashville drain firms change depending on which website you read them on.
We won't do that here. So this page starts the way it should: with nothing on it that we haven't earned.
As customers review us on Google, those reviews will be published on this page — verbatim, with the customer's permission, dated, and attributed the way they appear on Google. One platform, one count, one number we can stand behind, instead of three conflicting totals from three aggregators. If a review is critical, it stays up with the rest; a page that only publishes praise is an advertisement, and you already know how to read advertisements.
There is no star rating on this page because there is no honest number to put there yet. When there is, it will be the Google figure, shown with the count and the date it was taken — the same counting method we apply to our competitors on the comparison page, applied to ourselves.
Had a job done? Leave the review we'd rather earn
After a job, we'll ask — once, on the invoice paperwork, not in a drip of follow-up texts. The review lives on our Google profile; the link will be printed here and on the invoice. Say what actually happened: whether the price on the phone matched the price on the invoice, whether you saw your pipe on camera, whether the line stayed clear. Specifics are what the next homeowner in your street needs. "Great service, would recommend" helps nobody decide anything, including us.
What to judge us on in the meantime
Until the first reviews exist, judge the company on the things a review would describe anyway:
- Proof before price. Every job starts with a camera run through your line, and you can watch the screen. The quote follows the footage, not the other way round.
- The written price held. One price, in writing, before work starts — $129 for a single fixture, $249 for a main line, published on the cost page where you can check it against the invoice yourself.
- Proof after. A post-clean camera pass, and the video file handed to you. It's yours even if the next company you call isn't us.
- A warranty with a number in it. A written 1-year clog warranty on every clean — against a market where the only written term anyone else publishes is 30 days.
And if we get something wrong: call (615) 555-0134 before you write anything. A clog that returns inside the warranty window gets re-cleared, and a complaint we can fix teaches us more than a star we can't read. Then write the review anyway — including how the fix went. That's the review worth reading.
