Drain Cleaning Nashville Pros

Sewer backing up right now?

Based at: 5230 Linbar Dr #207, Nashville, TN 37211, USA — south Nashville, serving Nashville and Davidson County. Web: draincleaningnashville.us

There's a contact form on this page if you'd rather write it down than say it. Tell us your name, the phone number to call you back on, the service address, and what's happening with the drains — the form goes to the same desk the phone rings at. We don't publish an email address, because we don't run one we'd answer as fast as the phone; for drain work, the phone is the fast route, and it's staffed around the clock.

Call (615) 555-0134 and say so. Emergency calls run 24 hours a day, and the terms are stated before a truck rolls: the after-hours call-out is $95, told to you on the phone, and the cleaning itself is priced off the same dated list as a Tuesday-morning booking — $129 for a single fixture, $249 for a main line with the camera run before and after. No separate night rate invented in your driveway. The emergency drain cleaning page has the full what-to-do sequence for the first ten minutes.

One check before you pay anybody, us included: if your neighbors are backing up at the same time, or sewage is surfacing in the street or a yard, the problem may be Metro's main, not your line. Call Metro Water Services first at 615-862-4600, option 3 and ask about their free Sewer Main Clog Investigation — if it's the main, it's theirs, and the investigation costs you nothing. If it's only your house, it's your lateral, and that's our call to take.

What to have ready when you call

You don't need a diagnosis — that's the camera's job. But four things you can tell us in the first minute will get the right equipment on the truck:

  • Which fixtures are misbehaving. One slow sink is one conversation. Several drains slow at once, a toilet that gurgles, or anything coming up in the lowest shower, tub or floor drain is the main-line conversation — it changes what we bring.
  • When it started, and whether it's happened before. A first-time clog and the same clog for the third time this year get different advice, because the second one is a pattern, not an accident.
  • Where your cleanout is, if you know. Usually a capped pipe near the foundation or out toward the street. Don't hunt for it in the dark — "don't know" is a perfectly good answer; finding it is part of the job.
  • Whether the neighbors are affected. That's the fact that decides between our truck and Metro's free investigation, and we'd rather ask it than charge you a call-out for the city's pipe.

For landlords and property managers: the same number works. Say it's a rental, tell us whether the tenant will be on site, and the deliverable — camera footage and a written finding you can forward to an owner — is standard, not a special request.

What happens after you call

The sequence never changes. We run the camera and look at the whole line. We give you one price in writing, based on what the pipe showed, before work starts. We clear or jet the line as the evidence dictates. We run the camera again so you can see it clear. You keep the video file, and the cleaning carries our written 1-year clog warranty. Every price behind those sentences is published on the drain cleaning cost page before you ever pick up the phone.

Where we work

Nashville and Davidson County — East Nashville, Germantown, Donelson, Madison, Sylvan Park, Goodlettsville, Brentwood and the rest of the county map on our service areas page. Outside that map, call and ask honestly; if your street is beyond where we can do the job properly, we'll tell you on the phone rather than let a listing imply otherwise.
