What we collect
When you call us, we note the details the job requires: your name, the phone number you're calling from, the service address, and a description of the problem. Calls may be recorded for quality and for an accurate record of what was quoted and agreed — the same record-keeping instinct that puts our prices in writing.
When you use the contact form, we collect what the form asks for: your name, a callback phone number, the service address, and your description of the issue. The form goes to the same desk the phone rings at.
When we do a job, we keep a job record: the date, the work performed, the price quoted and charged, and the camera footage of your line. That footage is footage of your property. We hand you the file, and the copy in the job record exists so a warranty claim or a repeat visit can be checked against what the line actually looked like.
When you browse this website, standard technical information is collected the way it is on most websites — pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type — through ordinary analytics and server logs.
